The hotel has planned 8 double rooms, 2 suites and 5 single rooms, while a total of 24 accommodation units (apartments) are planned in the villas. The total capacity is 125 beds. The hotel has an outdoor terrace with pool and sun loungers and an outdoor bar. Location area: 3295m². Overall area of all facilities: 3,058 m².
